Doctor Hummus is an immigrant from North Africa to the United States. He loves food so, the first thing he did was visit all the Middle Eastern restaurants to sample their goodies. He found a lot of interesting stuff but his main love was always hummus and dips. The hummus he tried here was in bad shape and it needed a doctor to take it to the next level. Doctor Hummus decided to use his grandmother's old style recipes to create Healthy, Natural, North African and Middle Eastern food that is so good for you, that you can eat as much as you like.
